If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

A limousine transfers tourists to Halong International Harbour after picking them up in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
NOTE: Our tour does not include the transfer price.
12:00 - 12:30 | Embark - Lunchtime
Arrive at the Harbor promptly and board the Victory Star Junk. Once you've completed the check-in process, enjoy a delightful welcome drink and a concise briefing of the cruise.
Then, relish a delectable lunch while marveling at the mesmerizing scenery of the limestone islands during your journey toward Halong Bay
Discover Luon Cave
Get on a rowing bamboo boat to explore the pretty Luon Cave, or if you prefer, go kayaking. This cave contains an ecosystem that will astound any visitor, with lush vegetation, aromatic orchids, monkeys, and an abundance of underwater aquatic life.
Titop Island Time
After that, you'll have time to take in the breathtaking scenery and swim in Titop Island's green waters. For those who want a broad view of the bay, hiking to the summit of the island is also advised.

travelers who book the transfer service for the Victory Star Cruise will be picked up directly at their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. From there, their journey to Halong International Cruise Port will commence.

Wait at the pier for your driver, hop into the car, and begin your journey back to Hanoi. This marks the end of your trip!

Amazing cruise
I had no idea about the cruise till I boarded. We were pleasantly delighted by a really beautiful and well-equipped yacht, as well as a full activity program (visiting a fishing village and a cave, tai chi, and cooking demonstration).
