- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
7:45 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer you to Halong Bay. (Our cruise tour does not include the transfer price).
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
Once arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, spend some time for the check-in and take a 30-minute tender ride to Sena Junk. The cruise staff will offer you a welcome drink and the cruise manager will provide safety information.
After getting the cabin key and unpacking your belongings, let’s come to the restaurant to savor a delectable lunch buffet. On the way, you will have the chance to admire many well-known landscapes on the charming Lan Ha Bay.
Visit Dark & Bright Cave
Visit the Dark & Bright Cave, well-known for its scenic splendor and lyrical, alluring seascape and is ideal for photo ops. This is also the ideal time to take a bamboo boat ride, which is a thrilling way to take in the genuine grandeur of Lan Ha Bay's limestone mountains.

Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Head back to Sena Junk to enjoy the sunset party or swim around the boat.
Photography enthusiasts will find this to be the perfect moment to catch the breathtaking sunset over the water. Tourists also can enroll in a culinary class to make their own Vietnamese spring rolls.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun
After having a fantastic dinner, visitors may partake in nighttime activities including squid fishing, cocktail drinking, and spa treatments (reservations required).

For those who get up early, beginning the day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck is a great choice. After that, a light breakfast with bread, tea, and coffee will be served in the restaurant.

Let’s discover the enchanting Tra Bau, a small area that belongs to Lan Ha Bay.
You can find less crowded beaches where you can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Let’s soak in the sun, swim in the clear waters, rent a kayak, or simply unwind on the sandy shores.
9:30 | Check Out - Have Brunch
Return to the cruise to pack your belongings after a busy morning. As the boat gently approaches the harbor, a set menu brunch will be provided at the restaurant.
NOTE: Get in touch with the cruise manager if you like to visit Cat Ba Island, and we will arrange a small transfer boat to take you to Gia Luan Port.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Get off the boat, say farewell to the crew staff, and take a tender to the port. You will wait for the transportation to back to Hanoi. (The transfer service needs an extra fee)
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
After about 2.5 hours, you will reach Hanoi. Your journey comes to an end.

A shuttle bus or a limousine will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to Tuan Chau Harbor (The pick-up service is not included in our cruise pricing).
11:00 - 11:30 | Depart - Have Lunch
Once you reach the port, let’s carry on the check-in process, then board a tender to reach Sena Junk. The cruise manager will give a lecture and safety introduction while you have a welcome drink. After that, you can check into your cabin.
While the boat travels towards the stunning Lan Ha Bay, a buffet lunch is provided in the restaurant. You can have views of the renowned Candle Islet, Finger Islet, and other magnificent islands.
Dark & Bright Cave
Visit Dark & Bright Cave: Known as the boundary of Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, and Lan Ha Bay, it is regarded as among the top options for cave exploration.

Go back to the Sena Junk to unwind. Let's take a dip in the green ocean while watching the sunset or participate in the culinary class to make Vietnamese spring rolls.

Riding a bike or tram through the expansive rice fields of Viet Hai Village, you may take in the breathtaking environment. There is a place to relax, explore a historic house built of straw, mud, bamboo, etc., and discover more about the way of life of the locals.

The boat will stop near the bay's beautiful beach. You may swim to take a bath in the green seas, or travel to some remote beaches for some downtime on the sand.

Disembark and say goodbye to the cruise staff of this mid-range cruise. Wait for the shuttle bus or limousine that will take you to Hanoi (The travel service is not included in the price).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi after 2.5 hours of transfer. This is where your journey finishes.

Highlight of Our Holiday - Sena Cruise
The food is tasty and of good quality, and they accommodate all dietary needs. A hair dryer, slippers, and a toothbrush are included in the room amenities. They carefully consider which location is safe and less crowded for their water activities.
