- Other services not mentioned in the room rate include
- Free of charge for 1 child under 05 years old sharing room and bed with parents (sharing room with parents). In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- Children equal to or from 5 years old to under 11 years old sharing a room and bed with parents, are charged 75% of the price of 01 adult
- Two children under 11 years old sleep in a separate room, charged at double room rate. In the case of 01 child sleeping in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate will be charged.
- Children from 11 years old or older are charged as adults.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A bus will pick you up at Hanoi Old Quarter, or the Opera House then start driving to Tuan Chau Marina (The transfer service is excluded from the cruise price).
12:30 - 12:45 | Get on board & Have Lunch
Check in the cruise waiting lounge at Tuan Chau Pier then get on board with a welcome drink from a member of our crew while the manager delivers the safety briefing.
As the boat cruises onward to the wonder Halong Bay, lunch will be served at the restaurant on board.
Discover Luon Cave
In the afternoon, you will have around 1 hour to explore the stunning Luon Cave on a kayak or bamboo boat. This cavern is under a mountain and has a long history of geological significance and natural beauty.

Unwind in Titop Island
The next stop is the charming Titop Island with its pretty beach. You can go swimming in the cool water or hiking to the mountaintop for a panoramic view of the bay.
Back On Board - Happy Hour & Cooking Class
After that, guests will return to Lily Cruise for refreshments. This is the perfect time to enjoy the gorgeous sunset over the bay and join "Happy Hour" - buy 02 get 01 free drink.
Later, you may join the cooking class at the sky bar featuring Spring rolls, one of the distinctive characteristics of Vietnamese cuisine.
Dinner Time & Leisure
In the evening, refill your energy with a savory meal at the restaurant then you can have free time to yourself.
You are welcome to unwind on the boat and participate in squid fishing off the reception area. Stay overnight in your cabin.

Morning Activities - Breakfast
Wake up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise moment of the bay. Then you can refresh with a Tai Chi Class on the sundeck. Have a buffet breakfast afterward.
Visit Sung Sot Cave
Travel to the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves in Halong Bay. Here, you’ll explore the outstanding structure of this place, with fascinating stalactites and stalagmites dated millions of years.
9:30 | Check out & Have Brunch
Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception desk. Please put all your luggage outside of your cabin door, crew members will help to bring luggage on land.
A buffet brunch will be served in the restaurant while the junk heads back to the mainland, then you can settle your bill (if any).
11:00 | Disembark
Get off the Lily Cruise and transfer back to Tuan Chau Pier on a tender. Relax and wait for your luggage in the waiting lounge.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Guests who use the transfer service (book with an extra fee) will be picked up at the lounge. Travel back to your hotel in the Old Quarter then drop off. Trip ends!

One of the best experience
This tour was incredible. The landscapes were breathtaking, and the service was superb. The crew was always incredibly kind, especially Mojito, who served us throughout the trip.
The meals were of excellent quality and reflected the opulent nature of the entire voyage. Highly recommended!!

We were on the boat for 1 night and really enjoyed the service. Nice tour of Bai Tu Long Bay, comfortable room, good food, well-kept happy hour.
The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Top organization
We really enjoyed our stay on the Lilly Cruise. Chang and her team are very friendly and attentive and provided us with a wonderful excursion in Bai Tu Long Bay.
The ship was newly renovated 2 months ago and was very clean and well-equipped.
The food was delicious and everything else was very well organized.
We can 100% recommend Lily Cruise.

Amazing trip. Bai Tu Long is very beautiful and it's less touristy than Halong Bay. Nice staff. The meal was good. Activities were interesting. It was a great cruise for us.

The nice trip in Bai Tu Long
We recently had a wonderful trip to Bai Tu Long. It was peaceful. The cabin we stayed in was comfortable though it's a bit small. My kids like the tour to Vung Vieng Village. Sailing on a rowing boat was nice. Many thanks to the crew!!! We'll return in the future.
