- Other services not mentioned in the room rate include
- Free of charge for 1 child under 05 years old sharing room and bed with parents (sharing room with parents). In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- Children equal to or from 5 years old to under 11 years old sharing a room and bed with parents, are charged 75% of the price of 01 adult
- Two children under 11 years old sleep in a separate room, charged at double room rate. In the case of 01 child sleeping in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate will be charged.
- Children from 11 years old or older are charged as adults.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A bus will pick you up at Hanoi Old Quarter, or the Opera House then start driving to Halong International Harbour (The transfer service is excluded from the cruise price).
12:00 - 12:30 | Get on board & Have Lunch
Visit the cruise waiting lounge at the harbor then check in aboard with a welcome drink from a member of our crew while the manager delivers the safety briefing.
As the boat cruises onward to the unspoiled Bai Tu Long Bay, lunch will be served at the restaurant on board.
Visit Vung Vieng Floating Village
In the afternoon, travel to the charming Vung Vieng village, one of the biggest floating villages in Bai Tu Long. Here, you’ll have a chance to learn about the life of fishermen, and feel free to explore the peaceful area by bamboo boating or kayaking.

Back on board - Happy Hour & Cooking Class
After the village trip, guests will return to Lily Cruise for refreshments. This is the perfect time to enjoy the gorgeous sunset over the bay and join "Happy Hour".
Later, you may join our cooking class on the sundeck and try making Vietnamese Spring rolls.
Dinner Time & Leisure
In the evening, refill your energy with a savory meal at the restaurant then you can have free time to yourself.
You are welcome to unwind on the boat and participate in squid fishing off the reception deck area.

Morning Activities - Breakfast
Wake up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise moment. Then you can refresh with a Tai Chi Class on the sundeck. Have a buffet breakfast afterward.
Discover Thien Canh Son Cave
In the afternoon, you will have around 1 hour to explore the stunning Thien Canh Son Cave. This cavern is located on the mountain's crest and has a long history of geological significance. We recommend bringing a camera for photos and wearing sports shoes.

9:00 | Check out & Have brunch on board
Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception desk. Please put all your luggage outside of your cabin door, crew members will help to bring luggage on land.
A buffet brunch will be served in the restaurant while the junk heads back to the mainland.
10:30 - 11:00 | Disembark
Get off the Lily Junk and transfer back to Halong International Harbour on a tender. Relax and wait for your luggage in the waiting lounge.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Guests who use the transfer service (book with an extra fee) will be picked up at the lounge. Travel back to your hotel in the Old Quarter then drop off.

A limousine bus will pick the guests up at your hotel in the Old Quarter, Opera House, or at No.16 Thi Sach, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi. (Book the transfer with an extra fee).
12:00 - 12:30 | Embark - Enjoy Lunch
You will check in at Halong International Cruise Port and be greeted with a welcome drink then get to Lily Cruise.
As you get on board, enjoy lunch at the restaurant and admire the beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay - one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
Explore Vung Vieng Village
Visit Vung Vieng, a charming floating fishing village, one of the largest villages in Halong Bay. You will have the opportunity to learn about the life of fishermen and participate in optional activities such as kayaking.
Get Closer To Local Lives
Refresh on board
Return to the ship, soak up the beautiful sunset over the bay, and join the "Happy Hour". There is also a cooking class to make spring rolls for you to join.
Have dinner - Nighttime activities
Dinner will be served at the restaurant on board.
Afterward, experience the nightlife on Bai Tu Long Bay from the deck, relax with music and drinks at the bar, or try squid fishing, etc.

Travel on a day boat on the 2nd day
Morning Warm-up
Start the day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck and enjoy the sunrise.
Then, have a light breakfast to get ready for the day. (Breakfast time is adjustable depending on the actual schedule)
Thien Canh Son Cave Excursion
Explore Thien Canh Son Cave, located on the top of the mountain, with a long history, geological significance, and natural beauty. We recommend bringing a camera and climbing in sneakers for a better experience.
9:00 | Check out - Have brunch
Return to the cruise to relax and check out at the front desk. Please place your luggage outside the door, the cabin crew will help you carry it.
Afterward, a light lunch will be served in the restaurant while the boat returns to the harbor.
Enjoy a nice Meal
10:30 - 11:30 | Back to Halong Pier
Disembark from Lily Cruise and move back to Halong International Cruise Port. Get off board, relax, and wait to collect your luggage.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
If you book the transfer service (extra fee needed), a driver will pick you up and travel back to Hanoi Old Quater. Drop off at your hotel.

Top organization
We really enjoyed our stay on the Lilly Cruise. Chang and her team are very friendly and attentive and provided us with a wonderful excursion in Bai Tu Long Bay.
The ship was newly renovated 2 months ago and was very clean and well-equipped.
The food was delicious and everything else was very well organized.
We can 100% recommend Lily Cruise.

Amazing trip. Bai Tu Long is very beautiful and it's less touristy than Halong Bay. Nice staff. The meal was good. Activities were interesting. It was a great cruise for us.

The nice trip in Bai Tu Long
We recently had a wonderful trip to Bai Tu Long. It was peaceful. The cabin we stayed in was comfortable though it's a bit small. My kids like the tour to Vung Vieng Village. Sailing on a rowing boat was nice. Many thanks to the crew!!! We'll return in the future.
