- Other services not mentioned in the room rate include
- Free of charge for 1 child under 05 years old sharing room and bed with parents (sharing room with parents). In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- Children equal to or from 5 years old to under 11 years old sharing a room and bed with parents, are charged 75% of the price of 01 adult
- Two children under 11 years old sleep in a separate room, charged at double room rate. In the case of 01 child sleeping in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate will be charged.
- Children from 11 years old or older are charged as adults.
- More than 21 days before departure: Free of charge
- From 20 to 10 days before the departure date 50% of the total amount
- From 09 to 05 days before the departure date 70% of the total amount
- Within 05 days before the departure date or no show 100% of the total amount
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine bus will pick the guests up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, or the Opera House then start driving to Halong International Harbour.
NOTE: The transfer service is excluded from the price, it’s only available for those who book it.
12:00 - 12:30 | Get on board & Have Lunch
Visit the cruise waiting lounge at Halong Pier then check in aboard with a welcome drink from a member of our crew while the manager delivers the safety briefing.
As the boat cruises onward to the unspoiled Bai Tu Long Bay, lunch will be served at the restaurant on board.
Discover Thien Canh Son Cave
In the afternoon, you will have around 1 hour to explore the stunning Thien Canh Son Cave. This cavern is located on the mountain's crest and has a long history of geological significance and natural beauty. We recommend bringing a camera for photos and trekking in sports shoes.

Back On Board - Happy Hour & Cooking Class
After the cave trip, guests will return to Lily Junk for refreshments. This is the perfect time to enjoy the gorgeous sunset over the bay and join "Happy Hour" - buy 01 get 01 free drink.
Later, you may join our cooking class on the sundeck featuring Spring rolls, one of the distinctive characteristics of Vietnamese cuisine.
Dinner Time & Leisure
In the evening, refill your energy with a savory meal at the restaurant then you can have free time to yourself.
You are welcome to unwind on the boat and participate in squid fishing off the reception deck area. Stay overnight in your cabin.

Morning Activities - Breakfast
Wake up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise moment of the bay. Then you can refresh with a Tai Chi Class on the sundeck. Have a buffet breakfast afterward.
Visit Vung Vieng Floating Village
Travel to the charming Vung Vieng fishing village, one of the biggest villages in Halong Bay. Here, you’ll have a chance to learn about the life of fishermen, and feel free to explore the peaceful area by bamboo boating or kayaking.

Check out & Have Brunch On Board
Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception desk. Please put all your luggage outside of your cabin door, crew members will help to bring luggage on land.
A buffet brunch will be served in the restaurant while the junk heads back to the mainland.
10:30 - 11:00 | Disembark
Get off the Lily Junk and transfer back to Halong International Harbour on a tender. Relax and wait for your luggage in the waiting lounge.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
Guests who use the transfer service will be picked up at the lounge. Travel back to your hotel in the Old Quarter then drop off. Trip ends!
