If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
You will be picked up at your hotel by a limousine or minivan and take a 2.5-hour drive to the Halong International Cruise Port.
NOTE: Our cruise tour does not include the transfer price.
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
As arriving the harbor, please go to the Pelican Junk lounge on the second level for the check-in process.
You will have a welcome drink from the cruise staff when being onboard. The cruise manager will give you some safety instructions before letting you check into your cabin.
Sail across the calm waters of the bay and have a delicious meal that is a delicious blend of Vietnamese and Western food.
Visit The Tung Sau Area
Explore Tung Sau, a tranquil place encircled by gently sloping limestone islands. Here, you can get in a kayak and discover some of the area's best-kept secrets while enjoying up-close views of the breathtaking bay.
Additionally, you may visit the pearl farm to learn about the amazing growing, harvesting, and processing of pearls.
Stop At Titop Island
As our cruise ship arrives at Titop Island, you may unwind on the beach, go swimming in the glistening water, or get to the observatory atop the mountain to get a stunning view of the bay.
Activities On Cruise
Let’s head back to the cruise to participate in a culinary demonstration or enjoy 1 drink and get another one for free in Happy Hour on the sundeck as the boat cruises towards the Lom Bo area.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun
The onboard restaurant will offer every tourist a dinner menu that combines European and Asian dishes.

It's time to say goodbye to the Sung Sot Cave and head back to the Pelican Junk. Pack up your stuff and carry on the check-out process.
Passengers will have a delicious brunch as the ship returns to the pier.

After reaching the port, it's time to say goodbye to the cruise staff. You will wait for the transfer vehicle in the waiting room.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
Your adventure comes to an end when you return to your hotel in Hanoi.

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Transfer
You will be picked up in Hanoi's Old Quarter by transfer service, which will then drive you to Ha Long Bay. The route might take about 2.5 hours.
NOTE: The pick-up service is not included in our cruise tour.
11:00 - 11:30 | Depart - Have Lunch
When you get to the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, it's time to check in for your voyage with Pelican Junk. The staff will welcome you warmly and assist you in getting settled in as soon as you board the ship.
After that, head to the cruise and enjoy the welcome drink as the captain reviews the schedule and safety instructions.
Have a delicious lunch while admiring the breathtaking scenery as the Pelican Junk sails off to explore Halong Bay.
Visit The Tung Sau Area
Tung Sau area is the first stop of the trip. This serene place is surrounded by islets of gently sloping limestone.
There are many interesting activities you can do here: get in a kayak to explore the magnificent bay, or visit the pearl farm to discover more about the fascinating process of pearl cultivation.
Head to Titop Island
When the mid-range cruise stops in Titop Island, you may spend some leisure time at the beach. Take in the sunshine, sunbathe, or go for a cool dip in the pristine seas.

After the meal, we will stop at Tien Ong Cave, where we will learn about the Soi Nhu culture, which thrived in Vietnam from 10,000 to 8,000 B.C.E. and included the Early Neolithic era.
