- For the two Regency Suites located on the upper deck in the front of the ship – cabins 203 (Glory Daisy) and 204 (Royal Bamboo) - a mandatory surcharge of 50 USD per person, per cruise applies.

- Free of charge for children under 5 years old, in parents’ room, and using existing bedding.
- ONE child (5 - under 11 years old) maximum per cabin and only if sharing a cabin with a maximum of 2 adults in existing bedding (children reduction policy applies)
- In case the parent's room has 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.
- Extra bed: For a child under 12 years old, it’s US$20.00 in addition to the charge mentioned above.
- More than 45 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 31 to 45 days before check-in: 20% of total rates
- From16 to 30 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 15 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A shuttle bus or a private car will take you up from your hotel in Hanoi to the Heritage Line lounge at Tuan Chau Marina (This transfer service is not included in the tour price).
Arrive At Tuan Chau Pier - Embark - Have Lunch
When you arrive at the Heritage Line welcome lounge, complete the check-in process then board a speedboat to travel to the luxury Ylang Junk.
Delicious lunch will be served in a spacious dining area that is lit up approximately 360 degrees.
At the same time, you can witness the culinary show and see the Chef and his team prepare your meal while taking in the breathtaking views of the scenery.
Visit Viet Hai Village
After finishing the delicious lunch, let's go on an exhilarating tour of Cat Ba Island to Viet Hai Village. Let’s switch to a tender or speedboat to visit this peaceful and remote location.
During the route, you can choose to hire a bike or an electric cart once you get there (for an extra cost), to explore the lush forests, enigmatic tunnels, and rice paddies.

Late-afternoon Activities
Back to the Ylang Junk to join many interesting activities. The dining room offers a tea-tasting workshop where you may learn about traditional herbal teas from Vietnam and their health advantages.
Alternatively, you may make use of the luxurious spa amenities and book a spa treatment or sauna session.
Enjoy Dinner & Nightlife
You can select from a range of items on a multi-course menu to sate your appetite for dinner.
Taking part in a "Singing Bowl Meditation" at the wellness center is a great option after supper. This traditional Tibetan practice attempts to induce profound relaxation to lower stress and improve sleep.
Let’s admire the serene ambiance at night. Also, the spa is open late and available to serve you.

Morning Activities
Take a Tai Chi lesson on the sun deck in the early morning. After that, recharge yourself with a sumptuous breakfast in the restaurant.
Cat Ba National Park Tour
The boat is now sailing toward Gia Luan Harbour. You will board a bus at the port and go to Cat Ba National Park, a scenic forest. Let's take a stroll through the jungle-like flora that covers this tropical island.
Back To The Cruise For Lunch
After the soft trek, you will have a scrumptious lunch on board while the majestic ship continues its journey northeast through the gravel maze that is Lan Ha Bay.
Explore Lan Ha Bay
Spend your afternoon in Lan Ha Bay. There are many fun activities that you can choose from: relax on a pristine island beach, go for a swim, try on kayaks to paddle around the tranquil area on your own, etc.

Note: snacks and drink kiosks are available on the beach in case you get hungry or thirsty.
If you would rather stay on board, you can take advantage of our spa menu and enjoy a treatment, or use the steam bath or sauna.

Then, it's time to drop anchor and head toward Frog Pond, a stunning spot in Lan Ha, ideal for our spirited morning excursion.
You may go swimming on the beach or go kayaking in the breathtaking coastal scenery.
9:30 | Check Out - Have Brunch
After enjoying yourself at the Frog Pond, get back to the Ylang Junk and carry on the check-out process.
After that, savor the substantial brunch while the junk sails back to the offshore embarkation point.
11:00 - 11:30 | Disembark
You will be taken by speedboat to the waiting lounge on the pier.
You’ll be transferred to Hanoi by a shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee).
Back To Hanoi In The Afternoon
Take a shuttle bus or limousine to Hanoi, and you'll be at your hotel to finish the trip.

Ylang: fantastic crew, ship, and cuisine
Excellent; both the crew and the ship can be faulted.
Our accommodation was a Regency, which was really luxurious and had a hot tub. The trips went well, and we were always informed of what came next. Kayaking is a great fantastic activity that I tried. We rode bikes, explored a cave, and scaled a difficult hill.

Heaven trip!
From the moment we saw our suite our breath was taken away. It was flawless. Wonderful views from every window, really lovely, and incredibly cozy. We shall always cherish our time spent on Ylang.

The two-night voyage onboard the Ylang was fantastic. Joy and Ann were wonderful hosts as the boat traveled through Lan Ha Bay's breathtaking surroundings.
