If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
If you book the transfer service (not included in the price), you’ll be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater and then travel to Halong Bay via the highway.
11:45 - 12:00 | Boarding the cruise
Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier and get to Valentine Private Junk. Upon getting on board, enjoy a welcome drink and listen to the cruise introduction.
Lunchtime
Enjoy a delicious lunch as the junk boat cruises into the bay. Take a look at famous islets like Incense Burner, Kissing Rocks, etc.
Visit Sung Sot Cave
Reach the 1st attraction of the journey - Sung Sot Cave. This is the largest cave in Halong Bay, with 2 huge chambers of outstanding rock formations.

Anchor overnight
After the cave tour, get back to the cruise ship and relax. Let’s have some drinks and watch the sunset as we cruise to the anchor point.
Later, you can join the Fruit & vegetable carving lesson by the Head Chef. Then you can try it by yourself and make some Vietnamese food.
Have dinner - Free time
Dinner is served in the dining area. After the meal, you can try squid fishing, playing board games, or chatting with your travel companions.

Morning
Let’s wake up early to catch the sunrise in Halong Bay. Practice Tai Chi then savor a light breakfast to prepare for the day.
Explore Titop Island
Visit the beautiful Titop Island. You can swim or relax on the gorgeous beach here or hike to the mountaintop for a panoramic bay view.

9:00 | Check out - Brunch time
Return to the junk to freshen up then check out your cabin. You can leave your luggage outside of the room.
Enjoy a nice brunch in the restaurant then you can settle your bill (if there are any). Spend the rest of your time relaxing before returning to the pier.
11:00 | Disembark
Reach Tuan Chau Port. Say goodbye to the crew, get off, and then wait for your driver (book the transportation with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Stop at Hanoi
Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter after a 2.5-hour drive. Your trip ends here.

8:00 - 8:30 | Travel from Hanoi
Pick up from Hanoi Old Quater for those who book the transfer service and travel to Halong Bay (the transfer car is excluded from the cruise price).
11:45 - 12:00 | Get on board
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and embark on the cruise. Enjoy your welcome drink while listening to the cruise briefing.
Enjoy Lunch
Valentine Premium starts cruising into the bay. Let’s enjoy your lunch while passing by pretty spots such as Incense Burner, Kissing Rocks, etc.
Visit Sung Sot Cave
Surprise Cave is one of Halong Bay's most stunning and biggest grottoes. The grotto's mouth is accessed after ascending around a hundred stone stairs. Getting inside, you’ll see a stunning world of shining stalactites and stalagmites.
Back to Valentine Junk Boat
Return to the cruise and sail to the anchor point. Before dinner, you can join the Fruits & Vegetables carving lesson with the Head Chef. He’ll show the guests how to decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food.

Start a new day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck (for 30 minutes) then enjoy breakfast served in the restaurant.

For excursions, passengers will board a transfer boat to explore the bay further. It’s time to swim and kayak in the most popular areas of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, such as Dark & Bright Cave, Ba Trai Dao, and Pearl Farm.

9:00 | Check out the cabin - Have brunch
When passengers return to the boat, you’ll have 30 minutes to freshen up and complete checking out. Please leave your luggage bags outside the room.
You may have a delicious brunch in the restaurant. After that, the bills are settled. Enjoy the bay beauty from the sundeck or the lounge as we approach the pier.
11:00 | Arrive at Tuan Chau Port
Reach the pier and disembark. Now you just have to wait for your transportation back to Hanoi (book with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Stop at your hotel
After a 2,5 hours transfer from the pier, you will stop at your hotel in Hanoi. This is the end of the trip.
