If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
For those who book the transfer service (book in the next step with an extra fee), you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi and travel to Halong.
12:00 - 12:45 | Check in - Embark
Arrive at the cruise lounge at Lot 27B Tuan Chau Pier. Check-in and transfer to the Melody Private Junk. The journey begins, get on board and admire the scenery of Halong Bay.
Lunchtime
have lunch at the restaurant, then you can have a short rest before the afternoon activities.

Let’s try kayaking or getting on a bamboo boat rowed by local people at Luon Cave to discover the wonderful beauty hear - one of the must-try activities in Halong Bay.
Kayak to Luon Cave
Unwind on Titop Island
Visit the pretty Titop Island. Here, you will have time to climb to the top of the mountain and see the panoramic view of Halong, or swim, take photos, and play on the beach.
Late Afternoon Activities
Return to the junk boat for refreshment with a tea break on the sundeck. Then, you can join in making Spring rolls and watch the sun slowly set over the beautiful bay.
Dinner time and leisure

Explore Me Cung Cave - considered a museum located halfway up the mountain. This place has many precious archaeological vestiges such as layers of sea snails clinging to the cave walls, the way of life of prehistoric people, etc.

Guest returns to the Melody junk boat check-out at the front desk. Afterward, enjoy a delicious brunch at the restaurant before returning to the pier.
11:00 - 11:30 | Back to Tuan Chau Harbour
Reach the pier and say goodbye to the crew. It’s time to disembark and wait for your transportation.
14:30 - 15:00 | Drop off at Hanoi
You’ll be picked up and driven back to Hanoi (the transfer service is excluded from the cruise price). Stop at your hotel. Trip ends!

Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (book the transportation in next step with extra fee) and travel to Halong Bay.

Reach Tuan Chau Marina and check in the at cruise’s waiting lounge. Get on the boat and begin the journey to Halong Bay, customers check in the cabin.

Go to the dining area for lunch. After the meal, you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the limestone mountains rising from the water.

Amazing
Choosing this cruise was a nice choice. There are only 4 cabins so each room is big. Our family of 4 had a tranquil journey in Halong Bay. Heart warming customer service from the crew. All in all, it was memorable.
