If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Transfer from Hanoi
Pick-up time in Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer by Expressway to Tuan Chau Pier. We’ll have a stop in the middle of the trip for a short break.
NOTE: Book the transfer service separately from the cruise price.
11:15 - 11:45 | Check in & Embark
Check in at the cruise’s waiting lounge in Tuan Chau Pier and finish the stay registration procedure. Transfer to the Stellar of the Seas by speedboat. Enjoy your welcome drink and listen to cruise instructions.
Enjoy lunch
Go to the restaurant on board for a nice buffet meal while slowly cruising to the pretty Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon Activities
After lunch, you will travel to Dark & Bright Cave to kayak or relax on a local rowboat to explore this magnificent area. Let’s breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the amazing view, and take many pictures.
Then, you’ll be back at the Stellar vessel and have free time. Feel free to swim around the cruise and take a moment to unwind
Have fun during Sunset
At dusk, guests may go to the sundeck for a great view of the bay when the sun dips into the horizon. Then, participate in a cooking demonstration or join the Happy Hour and have some tasty drinks.
Enjoy dinner and leisure
In the evening, experience a luxury meal prepared by a professional chef and fill your stomach.
You’re welcome to try squid fishing, drink at the bar, and have a massage before sleeping in your cabin.

Morning Activities
Don’t forget to wake up early and enjoy the sunrise in the stunning bay. Then have some Tai Chi exercise or play golf to get ready for the day.
Later, enjoy a delectable breakfast with tea and desserts in the restaurant. You can take pictures by drone at the swimming pool. (depending on the weather conditions)
Kayak in Ao Ech
Being active and kayaking in the Ao Ech Area, a famous spot for its gorgeous landscape with fantastic views of limestone mountains.
Check out and brunch time
After around 1 hour of kayak, return to the ship pack up your luggage and put them in front of the door, then return the key to the reception counter.
Enjoy a brunch buffet in the luxury dining room and enjoy the enchanting view of Lan Ha as we cruise back to the mainland.
11:10 - 11:45 | Get off the cruise
When Stellar of the Seas stops near Tuan Chau Pier, you will return to the mainland by speedboat. Relax in the lounge while waiting for your transportation.
14:30 - 15:00 | Drop-off in Hanoi
Travel back to your hotel in the Old Quater in Hanoi via the Expressway. Trip ends.

If you book our transfer package, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and bring you to the breathtaking Halong Bay.

11:15 - 11:45 | Depart - Have lunch
When you arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, our friendly receptionists will be waiting for you in the spacious waiting room. Move on to the Stellar of the Seas Cruise by a tender.
A safety briefing will be delivered before you go to the restaurant for a savory lunch.
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
The famous Dark & Bright Cave, hidden in the picturesque Lan Ha Bay, is our goal for today's expedition.
Prepare to be wowed as you take a rowing boat trip to discover this place. Let’s explore the cave's treasures and immerse yourself in the natural splendor that surrounds you.
Leisure time on board
Return to the cruise afterward. It’s time to relax, meet other tourists, or simply rest and refresh by using the seasonal swimming pool, which provides moments of peace and serenity.
At dusk, view the breathtaking sunset from the sundeck and attend a Sunset party with cocktails. Then you can join a Vietnamese cooking class to make Spring rolls.
Have dinner and free time
Relish a sumptuous meal in the cruise’s luxury restaurant. Later, feel free to drink at the panoramic bar, play board games, fish for squid, enjoy a massage, and more.

Leisure in the morning
Try Tai Chi during the sunrise on the sun terrace or practice in the fitness center. A light breakfast is served with a spectacular view of Lan Ha Bay.
You’ll have free time for more sightseeing while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the bay. Getting on a kayak and paddling around the stunning limestone karsts near the cruise is a good idea.
Lunchtime
Lunch will be provided before you embark on a speed boat tour to explore special places unreachable by the main boat.
Get to Viet Hai Village
Transfer to a speed boat to reach the beautiful Viet Hai Village. Join an enthralling bicycle ride via village roads, where you may immerse yourself in the magnificent surroundings and pass through thick rainforests.
Then you’ll visit a local family's home as part of the excursion, giving you a look into the daily lives of the community here.
Relax in Ba Trai Dao
Then we'll return to the dayboat and continue our journey across the enchanting Lan Ha Bay.
Our next stop is a peaceful natural beach in Ba Trai Dao Area where you can enjoy some refreshing swimming or relaxing sunbathing time.
Late-afternoon Activities
When you return to the Stellar of the Seas, you may refresh and energize yourself. While we cruise towards the sleeping area, engage in leisure activities such as playing on the golf course or enjoying a massage treatment.
Have dinner - Free time
Dinner will be provided with a diverse menu, providing a delectable gastronomic experience.
Following that, enjoy a variety of beverages at the bar, swim in the pool, or explore the wine and cigar cellar.

Kayaking in the Ao Ech Area
Prepare to go kayaking in Ao Ech and enjoy the last delightful moments before returning to the cruise for check-out.

It’s time to back to the vessel to relax for a bit. Then, pack your bags and check out.
Enjoy a delicious brunch in the restaurant and settle your bill if you have any.

Say goodbye to the staff as you leave for the trip. Our speed boat will return you to Tuan Chau Marina.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return to Hanoi
If you have booked the transfer package, our driver will meet you at the harbor and take you back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Best Cruise
The service was excellent. Our group is a very big one: 15 people with 4 little children. And I found it really impressive that the staff can be able to manage everything for us. They were really attentive and compassionate to all of the children.

Fantastic cruise! Lisa and Kevin's hospitality was outstanding... They knew how to take care of and made them happy... They went the extra mile for us: from providing them with their favorite foods to painstakingly teaching them how to fold table linens… Therefore, I and my husband can have time to rest.
