If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:20 - 8:45 | Pick-up Time
A vehicle will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater and transfer you to Halong (The transfer service needs an additional fee).
11:30 - 12:00 | Embark
Upon arrival at Ha Long Pier, you can check in at the waiting lounge. From there, you'll transfer to the cruise.
Once you're on board, you'll receive a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink. The crew will also provide a cruise briefing.
Have Lunch
Afterward, it's time to indulge in a delicious lunch while admiring the breathtaking scenery as the cruise sets sail toward the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay
Head to Thien Canh Son Cave.
In the afternoon, explore the enchanting Thien Canh Son Cave, also known as the "fairy scene in the mountains." This hidden gem will leave you in awe of its mesmerizing beauty. Prepare to be captivated by the stunning sights inside this cave.

Next, we're off to Hon Co Island - a mesmerizing destination with pristine white sand beaches and tranquil, crystal-clear waters. You will have time swimming, kayaking, and basking in the sun.

Then, we returned to the ship to pack our bags and complete the check-out process after the exciting expedition.
As the junk sails back to the port, you'll be treated to an A la carte meal. Indulge in the delectable cuisine and take your time to savor the flavors.

Say goodbye to the friendly crew as you reach Halong International Port. You can relax for a bit while waiting for your driver (book the transfer with an extra fee).
NOTE: After that, we’ll return to Hanoi. Midway, we may visit the culturally and traditionally rich Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province. This place offers a glimpse into the typical Vietnamese agricultural community through a water puppet show.
16:00 | Back to Hanoi
Your trip will draw to a close as you arrive back in your hotel in Hanoi Ols Quarter.

A limousine will pick you up from your hotel in the heart of Hanoi and drive you to Halong Harbor (an additional fee is needed for the transfer).

The crew on board will welcome you with a complimentary drink and give you a cruise briefing afterward.

Transfer to a tender boat so we can visit the floating Vung Vieng Village and get to know the locals. Vung Vieng is known for its breathtaking natural beauty and serene surroundings, which have attracted visitors from all over the world.

After our exciting exploration, we'll return to the cruise to relax and get ready for the evening's activities. You can relax in your cabin if you like.

Arrive at Halong International Harbour and conclude your memorable journey. Get in your transportation and back to Hanoi (book with an extra fee).
NOTE: While traveling back to Hanoi, stop a bit in the Yen Duc Village.

When our other cruise was canceled, we were fortunate to book a private two-person L'Amour cruise. It was great. The boat is stunning!! When they raise the sails, it's simply breathtaking.

A tranquil and pleasant journey
We booked this cruise for our anniversary. There is only 1 cabin on board so it just us together. The staff was amazing, they prepare everything we asked for. The meal was plenty and tasty.
Overall, it was such a wonderful journey, a memorable moment in my life.

We spent three days on private L'Amour junk. I preferred modest private ones over large floating hotels. It's a voyage with just one cabin - for us. Everything has gone well above our expectations.
