- From 11 years old: Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults. Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin and are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.
- Charged 100% for the third person using an extra bed
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine or a shuttle bus will transfer you from Hanoi to Halong Bay. The route might take around 2.5 hours and there will be a short break midway (The tour does not include the transfer price).
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
Arrive at Halong International Harbour's waiting lounge. After completing the luggage check-in process, board a tender boat to board the Athena Luxury Cruise.
As you set off, take in the cruise briefing and a welcome drink. Then, savor a delectable lunch while seeing the stunning islets in the harbor from the deck of the cruise ship.
Explore Sung Sot Cave
Come to the enthralling Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most well-known caves in Halong Bay. It has two enormous chambers filled with fascinating stalactites and stalagmites. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture these mesmerizing panoramic views.
Visit Titop Island
Sailing to Titop Island, a peaceful place with stunning still-blue seas. You may engage in a variety of thrilling activities here, such as swimming in the pristine water, tanning, or hiking to the summit of the mountain to get a breathtaking view of Ha Long Bay.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
After that, head back to the main cruise to take advantage of Happy Hour at the bar (buy one, get one free) or enroll in the Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to prepare spring rolls.

You will then investigate the enigmatic Luon Cave. Tourists will ride a boat beneath the massive mountain that towers over this cave to get to the opposite side of the island.
There are two ways to explore it: you can go kayaking for free, or you may take a traditional bamboo boat ride with a native boatman for an additional fee.

Go back to the Athena Luxury Cruise, finish packing, and complete the check-out process.
While the boat returns to the mainland, treat yourself to a delectable brunch to rejuvenate.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Return to Halong International Harbor by tender, then disembark. Say goodbye to the crew.
Arrive at the dock at about midday and wait for your transfer vehicle (book with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
A limousine/ shuttle bus will drive you to your Hanoi hotel. The tour ends.

Worth Every Cent!
One of the nicest cruises I have ever on is the Athena Luxury Cruise. Absolutely worth every penny! Throughout the whole cruise, fewer than 20 persons. The staff and manager are exceptional, and the cuisine, service, and ambience are all of five stars!
