If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine or a shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transport you to Halong Bay. The route might take around 2.5 hours (Our cruise tour does not include the transfer price).
11:00 - 11:30 | Embark - Have Lunch
Upon arrival, check-in processes will take place in the lounge. Take a tender to the Orchid Trendy Junk to begin your journey.
Once on board, relax with some welcome drinks and listen to the management of the ship go over the itinerary and some safety precautions.
As the ship begins to explore Lan Ha Bay, savor a delicious lunch and take in the breathtaking scenery.
Visit Trung Trang Cave
After making the transfer to Cat Ba Island, stop at Trung Trang Cave, the first attraction. It is 300 meters through the mountain and has multiple stalactites of different shapes that may amaze and thrill tourists.
Head To Tra Bau Area
Then, proceed to the less-traveled Tra Bau region of Lan Ha Bay, where unspoiled natural beauty lies in wait.
Seize the opportunity to swim in the ocean, enjoy the cold, green emerald water, and immerse yourself in the pure, untouched surroundings.
Sunset Activities On Cruise
Following a few exciting hours, you may relax on the terrace, take in the sunset, have the Happy Hour drinks (buy one, get one free), or take a Vietnamese cooking lesson back on the main cruise.
NOTE: You can enjoy the massage time but please get in touch with the cruise manager to book the service in advance.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Leisure
In the Eurasian restaurant, have a superb evening meal featuring a fusion menu made with the finest ingredients.
Enjoy the ethereal splendor of the bay while relaxing on the patio at night with a drink, some music, a card game, a movie, squid fishing, or a massage.

Return to the main cruise, pack your bags, and get ready for the checkout process.
Subsequently, a delicious brunch is provided while the cruiser proceeds towards the harbor.
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
Get back to the port to disembark, and it's time to say goodbye to the crew. Then take a ride for the return trip to Hanoi (additional fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
You'll reach your Hanoi hotel at around 15:00 after traveling for about two and a half hours.

You are picked up in a limousine from your accommodation in the Hanoi Old Quarter and driven to Tuan Chau Marina in Halong (The pick-up service is not included in our pricing fee).

You will begin checking in and enjoying delicious tea in the Pelican Group waiting lounge after a few hours of travel. You will then be transported by tender to the Orchid Trendy Cruise.
The cruise staff will greet you with smiles as you embark. Let's have some welcome drinks in the restaurant after check-in and spend some time hearing the itinerary and some safety advice.
Let’s enjoy lunch as we begin our adventure by traveling through many beautiful landscapes on Lan Ha Bay.
Explore Trung Trang Cave
We will continue our journey by going to Trung Trang Cave, which is situated between Kim Giao Forest and Cat Ba National Park.
There, exquisite stalactites and stalagmites have evolved over generations to create an amazing and mind-blowing sight.
Visit Tra Bau Area
After that, travel to Lan Ha Bay's tranquil Tra Bau Area to take in the verdant greenery, bathe in the refreshing water, and gaze upon the immaculate seascapes.
On Board Activities
Relax on the terrace, take in the sunset, indulge in a beverage during Happy Hour (buy one, get one free), or take part in a cooking class while you're on the boat.

You might get the opportunity to see an antique home, have a comprehension of the local way of life, and discover more about the area's culture.

Go back to the day boat, rest for a while, and recharge your batteries. Remember to enjoy a wonderful meal.
Head To Ba Trai Dao Islet
It's time to visit Ba Trai Dao Islet after lunch. This tranquil body of water boasts breathtaking scenery, making it the perfect place for scenic kayaking or just lounging on the white sand beaches to take in the fresh air.

An amazing cruise tour
Our anniversary was celebrated with a gorgeous setting that included rose petals all over the cabin and elaborate table settings for dinner. The day boat, island excursion, and afternoon in the lagoon were excellent and well worth the extra money. We stayed for two nights and would definitely recommend it!
