Booking Policy
- 01-way seaplane transport from Hanoi airport to Halong bay (45-minute flight plus 15-minute scenic tour over the bay).
- 01-way transfer from Hanoi centre to Hanoi airport by private car.
- 01-way transfer from Halong back to Hanoi by private car.
- 02 nights cruise on board The Au Co in double/ twin (Deluxe Cabin)
- 02 lunches, 02 dinners & 02 breakfasts on board

- For Cruise:
- Free of charge for one child below the age of 5 years traveling with two adults. Extra child below 6 is charged at US$ 120 / child/ stay. Part A cannot guarantee the availability of a cot.
- Children from 5 to 11 years of age sharing a cabin with two adults on one bed are charged as child rate, limited to one child per cabin only.
- Two children below 11 years sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of the full cabin rate. Child from the age of 12 must occupy a separate cabin and pay the full cabin rate.
- For Seaplane:
- - From 2 - 5 years old & up (private seat occupied): 100% Adult Fare (surcharge +421 USD)
- More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
- From 14 to 4 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 4 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up time
A limousine bus will pick you up from your accommodation in the Old Quarter and take you to Halong Bay. (The transfer service is not included in the pricing.
11:30 | Arrive At Tuan Chau Pier - Embark
As soon as you arrive at the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, check-in procedures will start in the lounge. There is welcome tea ready for you to enjoy while waiting for the boat to depart.
Get on board and make yourself at home in the welcoming atmosphere of the ship's restaurant to begin your adventure.
Have Lunch
Throughout the voyage to Lan Ha Bay, passengers may eat appetizing dishes.
Head to Trung Trang Cave
After the delicious lunch, visit Trung Trang Cave, which is a mysterious attraction on Cat Ba Island that captivates thousands of visitors each year with outstanding rock formations.

Relax In Tra Bau
Then take time in the serene Tra Bau, which is hidden inside the uninhabited expanse of Lan Ha Bay.
Visitors may participate in a variety of activities, such as swimming, or rowing their kayak around breathtaking splendor.

After a few hours of fun, you can relax on board and take advantage of the Happy Hour program.
Alternatively, you could choose to take part in a Vietnamese cooking class led by a seasoned chef to learn how to make spring rolls.

You will check out and settle up with the reception desk. After that, a delicious brunch will be provided while the boat makes its way to the pier.
11:30 | Reach Tuan Chau Pier - Disembark
Our voyage comes to an end here, the ship has docked, and the car will take you back to Hanoi. (Transfer services need an additional fee)
14:30 - 15:00 | Back to Hanoi
Get in the pick-up car and head back to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The trip is over.

If you've arranged for transport (extra fee needed), get in the pick-up vehicle and drive back to your hotel in Hanoi. End of the trip.

To go to Noi Bai International Airport, a vehicle transport will pick you up. When we get there, let's check in at Hai Au Aviation, Counter A32, Lobby A, Terminal 1, and then hop aboard the seaplane for the 45-minute flight from Hanoi to Halong.

This wonderful overnight cruise exceeded our expectations
We greatly appreciated the meals, services, and accommodations during the vacation. Thank you for all of the crew arrangements. We are vegetarians, but the food is delicious, and the staff are continually checking for everything we need. Our room was lovely, and I recommend everyone to take a bath with one of the nicest views in the world.

A truly wonderful, relaxing cruise! My family and I had an amazing experience, and the scenery was breathtaking. A big hit was the jacuzzi. However, the crew truly made the trip. Everyone was really accommodating and helpful with any requirements.
