- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

07:00 | Pick Up At Hanoi
If you use the limousine transfer (Book in the next step with extra fee), present at your hotel for your driver to pick you up and travel to Halong.
09:30 - 10:00 | Welcome Onboard
Arriving at Tuan Chau Marina, the staff welcomes guests to check-in. Reach Jade Sails cruise by a speedboat, enjoy a welcome drink, and receive a cruise briefing.
Now, the cruise will take you through the stunning Lan Ha Bay, discovering many hidden splendors of this natural wonder.
Enjoy Buffet Lunch
While cruising through a maze of toweling limestone mountains, you'll enjoy a tasty lunch while viewing the spectacular seascape through expanded windows.
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
Witness the natural scenery in the Dark & Bright Cave. Here, you’ll get on a rowing boat by locals and gently glide through stalagmite caves led into hidden lagoons.
Found yourself amidst a maze of incredible rock formations rising majestically from jade-green water. Let’s take a look at the unique ecosystem and get close to nature.
Kayaking & swimming in Lan Ha Bay
The cruise progresses to a tranquil area in Lan Ha Bay. This place is known for its pristine beaches and about 400 fascinating islands. You may prefer to try your hand at kayaking or simply enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters.

Return on board for a short cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you on making Vietnamese Spring rolls. After that, enjoy your free time.
You can get on the sundeck to watch the gorgeous sunset and enjoy a sunset party. It’s the ideal time to relax with a drink while cruising back to Tuan Chau Marina.
17:00 - 17:45 | Disembark
You’ll return to the pier around dusk. Say goodbye to the crew members, then get off the cruise and wait for your transfer car.
19:30 | Drop Off At Your Hotel
Enjoy a comfortable ride back to Hanoi via the new expressway (book transfer service in the next step). Arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

Perfect day trip
This trip over Lan Ha Bay was spectacular and excellent. The schedule was well-planned and provided an appropriate balance of activities and leisure.
Lunch was fantastic, and the fish was fresh. The staff, particularly Lily, were really pleasant and helpful! We would suggest this cruise.

A day in Lan Ha
Thanks for everything. I had fun. Lan Ha Bay is beautiful. The food for lunch was flavorful. I also liked how hospitable the crew was. Really nice!

Worth the money
Everything about this cruise deserves a 5-star rating!
The first stop was Dark and Bright Cave which was so beautiful, I took so many pictures there.
