- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
7:45 - 8:30 | Pickup time
Hanoi Old Quarter pickup time for guests who have reserved a transport service (extra fee needed). Board our shuttle bus and travel to Tuan Chau Island. On the way, there will be a rest stop for guests.
11:30 - 11:45 | Embark
Embark on Halong Catamaran at Tuan Chau Marina, enjoy a welcome drink, meet the crew, and listen to a safety briefing before lunch.
Lunchtime - Set Sail for Lan Ha Bay
You will then be treated to a lunch buffet. Savor your meal as the cruise delves deeper into Lan Ha Bay, and takes in its breathtaking and unique beauty.
Visit Dark & Bright Cave
With rock cliffs all around, let’s have a one-hour round-trip paddle through Dark & Bright Cave. We have the entire tranquil little area here to ourselves. Before returning to the boat, the tour guide will share some folklore of Halong Bay.

Head to Frog Pond
It's now time to swim in Lan Ha Bay's emerald water and take in Frog Pond's natural beauty. Let's try the water slide and trampoline, or just relax on the boat. Let’s unwind and spend some time appreciating the splendor of this natural wonder.
Cooking Class - Sunset Ceremony
Get back on board to see the cooking demonstration and try your hand at preparing Vietnamese spring rolls.
Following that, there will be a thrilling sunset ceremony with free Vietnamese teas, fresh fruit, and pastries. Watch the sky turn deep crimson, purple, and yellow as the sun sets.
17:45 - 18:00 | Disembark
As you docked at the pier, it's time to disembark the ship. Hop aboard the bus and let's hit the highway towards Hanoi (book the transfer service with an extra fee).
20:00 - 20:30 | Back to Hanoi
Once we reach our destination, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel. It's been an incredible journey, thank you for being a part of it!

Wonderful trip

Fantastic day, excellent staff, and less crowded cruise path!
Had a fantastic day sailing the Halong Bay. We had the opportunity to explore the less crowded areas of the harbor and the views were breathtaking.
