- Free of charge for one child below the age of 5 years traveling with two adults, sharing bed with two adults. Limited one child per cabin only.
- Children from 5 to below 11 years of age sharing a cabin with two adults on one bed are charged at 50% of adult rate, limited to one child per cabin only.
- Two children below 11 years sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of the full cabin rate. Child from the age of 12 must occupy a separate cabin and pay the full cabin rate.
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
A limousine or shuttle bus will pick you up from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel and take you to Halong City (Our cruise tour does not include the transfer price).
12:00 | Embark - Have Lunch
When you arrive at the harbor, you are instructed to finish the check-in procedure. You will transfer by tender to Era Cruise and set sail.
After that, take pleasure in a welcome drink while hearing the cruise manager's safety and instruction lecture.
There will be lunch provided at Signature Restaurant once you have finished putting everything away in your room.
Visit Ao Ech Area
We set anchor in Ao Ech Area, a charming location tucked away in Lan Ha Bay.
Take in the serene surroundings, whether it's kayaking over the green waters or just relaxing with a cool soak on the pristine beach.
Late-afternoon Activities On Cruise
Back to the cruise for some interesting activities. Take part in a culinary lesson to discover more about Vietnamese food, or have beverages at the bar during the Happy Hour.
Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun
Savor a unique dining experience at the cruise restaurant, where the best ingredients are used.
Spend the evening as you like: sipping cocktails at the bar, going squid fishing, watching movies, or just relaxing in your room.

Kick off your second day on the Era Cruise with a Tai Chi class in the early morning.
Then have a small breakfast in the cruise ship's restaurant.
Explore Dark & Bright Cave
You are going to take a trip to the Dark & Bright Cave in Lan Ha Bay, which is going to be an amazing experience. Let's get on local rowing boats to explore this place, which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.
9:30 | Check Out
When you get back to the cruise, it's time to get ready to go. The check-out process in the lobby is quick and easy, making your move a hassle-free experience.
Have Brunch
A lavish meal will be served at the restaurant that combines culinary artistry with picturesque splendor while the ship returns to the port.
12:10 - 12:30 | Disembark
Say goodbye to the cruise team and board the tender to return to the port, where your return journey vehicle will wait to transport you to Hanoi.
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
Get on the shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) and get back to Hanoi. The tour ends.

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Pick-up
You will be picked up by a luxury limousine or mini shuttle bus from your hotel in Hanoi to reach Halong Bay (The pick-up service is not included in the price).
12:00 | Depart - Have Lunch
After arriving at Tuan Chau Harbour, do the check-in process then get on a tender or speed boat to get on the Era Cruise.
You'll be given a complimentary drink as you are on board. After a safety procedures introduction, you are free to check into your cabin and get ready.
Enjoy a seafood lunch while the cruise passes through numerous tiny stone pillars and soaring stalagmites.
Head To Ao Ech Area
As the cruise enters Lan Ha Bay through the Cua Van region, let’s make a stop at Ao Ech Area, where you may kayak in clear water, swim, and take in the breathtakingly unspoiled natural beauty.
Late-afternoon Activities
Return to Era Cruise after two exciting hours of excitement, then unwind by enjoying Happy Hour beverages at reasonable pricing.
You can also participate in the Vietnamese cooking lesson and learn how to make spring rolls.

Bike along the village's pathways to enjoy the breathtaking vista of vast rice fields stretching out in front of you. After you get to the village, have a look at this historic neighborhood home, which bears witness to the region's past and present.

Have Lunch
Head back to the day boat for a delectable lunch, then prepare for the voyage in the afternoon.
Discover Ba Ham Lake
It's time to enjoy some free kayaking and swimming at Ba Ham Lake, which is in the middle of a narrow, rectangular area, with all four sides enclosed by vertical cliffs (if the weather permits).

After that, return to Era Cruise to unwind and take part in a variety of enjoyable onboard activities, including bar hopping and sunset admiring.

9:30 | Check Out - Have Brunch
It is time to get back to the cruise, pack up your bags, and complete the checkout process.
After that, have brunch while sailing back to the port.
12:10 - 12:30 | Disembark
Send farewell to the cruise staff then you will get on a tender to back to the pier, where your return car to Hanoi will come (book with an extra fee).
14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
Your transportation to Hanoi can be a limousine or a shuttle bus which will take you to Hanoi in about 2.5 hours.

Honeymoon spent well!!
