When will my reservation be confirmed?

Information about payment procedures will be sent to you by e-mail simultaneously with the confirmation of all services. After confirming booking the cruise, you need to pay a deposit for guaranteeing your reservation. Once received your deposit, we will reserve the services for you. If all of the services are reserved successfully, we will send you a confirmation email including a deposit invoice and other useful information. If the services are fully booked and therefore, unavailable, we will inform you and suggest alternative options. In the "no longer wanted" case, we will refund all the deposit amount. When you receive a confirmation email, it means your reservation is confirmed. Notice: Your booking will NOT be confirmed until we send you a confirmation email.
