If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Cruise Itinerary
8:00 - 8:30 | Pick-up Time
You will be picked up at your hotel by a limousine or minivan and take a 2.5-hour drive to the Halong International Cruise Port (cruise tour does not include the transfer price).
11:00 - 12:00 | Embark - Have Lunch
As arriving the harbor, please go to the waiting lounge for the check-in process.
You will have a welcome drink from the cruise staff when you are onboard. The cruise manager will give you some safety instructions before you check in your cabin.
Sail across the calm waters of the bay and have a delicious meal.
Visit Luon Cave
Explore the Luon Cave area, a tranquil place encircled by gently sloping limestone islands. Here, you can get in a kayak and discover some of the area's best-kept secrets while enjoying up-close views of the breathtaking bay.

Stop At Titop Island
As our cruise ship arrives at Titop Island, you may unwind on the beach, go swimming in the glistening water, or get to the observatory atop the mountain to get a stunning bay view.

Have Dinner - Nightlife Fun

Get up early to witness Halong Bay's breathtaking dawn and take a Tai Chi class on the terrace to start your day.

Get ready for the last destination of the journey: Sung Sot Cave, one of Halong Bay's most stunning caverns. This place is famous for its fascinating rock formations and breathtaking natural beauty.
9:30 | Check Out - Have Brunch
It's time to say goodbye to the Sung Sot Cave and head back to the junk. Pack up your stuff and carry on the check-out process.
Passengers will have a delicious brunch as the ship returns to the pier. The you may have free time.
Relax on the Loungers
11:30 - 12:00 | Disembark
After reaching the port, it's time to say goodbye to the cruise staff. You will wait for the transfer vehicle (book in the next step with extra fee) in the waiting room.
14:30 - 15:00 | Back To Hanoi
Your adventure comes to an end when you return to your hotel in Hanoi.

8:00 - 8:30 | Morning Transfer
You will be picked up in Hanoi's Old Quarter by transfer service, which will then drive you to Ha Long Bay. The route might take about 2.5 hours (Pick-up service is not included in the cruise tour).
11:00 - 12:00 | Depart - Have Lunch
When you get to the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, it's time to check in at the waiting lounge. The staff will welcome you warmly and assist you in getting settled in as soon as you board the ship.
After that, enjoy the welcome drink and listen to safety instructions. Then, have a delicious lunch as the ship sails off to Halong Bay.

The Luon Cave area is the first stop of the trip. This serene place is surrounded by islets of gently sloping limestone. Here, you may get in a kayak to explore the magnificent place and discover more about the fascinating nature.

Return Onboard

14:30 - 15:00 | Return To Hanoi
You will return to your hotel in Hanoi in about 2.5 hours. Your journey has come to an end.

Wonderful cruise
We enjoyed an excellent weekend in an exquisite setting. The itinerary was well-planned, with numerous events packed into 24 hours. Food was excellent, with the exception of a paucity of options for vegetarians. I would absolutely do it again.
