Overall an enjoyable trip and Halong Bay was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The boat was nice and accommodation comfortable.

Would have like the kayaking to be longer

Friendly & nice staffs, very clean & nice cruise - room was quite nice & spacious than expected especially the bathroom. Everything was communicated well on what to expect & everything was very enjoyable :) Definitely recommend this cruise!
They are Very quick responses & helpful :) Booking the tour was very easy & made our trip much worthwhile!

The only negative part was that our shower stall had a small hole/crack so when we used the shower, the water leaked to the rest of the bathroom, flooding the toilet/sink area as well. Otherwise, great!

We really enjoy this cruise. The cruise was perfect, once in a lifetime experience, very professionally executed. Friendly staff. 2 outstanding staff - Tu and Que Good food. Perfect!. All of us had a great time.

We really enjoy this trip. The service provided is excellent in the cruise. Staffs are friendly and well trained. Cabin rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. Food on board is excellent especially the buffet dinner. Overall ratings I would say 10/10 for the Indochina Sails

A relatively new boat (newest on the harbour we were told) was simply beautiful.
Attentive, always present at hand when needed, yet not in-your-face nor intrusive at all, they melted into the background and were not noticed which made the trip so enjoyable as you coul feel like you were enjoyig it alone if you wanted to!
Tour guide on the boat was fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. BestPrice Vietnam were so helpful, honest, reliable, stress-free, easy to work with, and above all prompt in correspondence and confirmations!

Nothing. was evrythig that was promised to me, was better than what I could have asked for and more.

Indochina Sail 2 days was excellent, great staff, food and facilities – I would defiantly recommend this cruise to any one.

I would be good to have one softer pillow.
