Staff were wonderful and very helpful

My husband was not well the last day of the cruise and the following day.Many ofthe passengers were very ill with possible food poisoning so unfortunately that made the end of the trip a little dissapointing. It also could have been clearer about finishing times.We took a late flight because we were told it finished at 12pm but it actually finished at 10.30am whcih meant we shouldnt have had to have a 3 hour at the airport.I asked both Bhaya and BestPrice what time the cruise finished and both said 11.30-12.Wecould have easily made the 4pm flight.Sotheerfeore you need to be more informed about the details.

Breakfast on day 2 lunch was good. day 2 dinner was better than day 1

First day lunch and dinner food were a bit blant.
the only thing was Bhaya cruise rooms are rather small.
For people who stays for 2 nights/3 days. The second day activity which's a tour to Cat Bao island was a little boring as there's not much to see there when we went cycling. It took 3 hours to go back and forth. They said they would do games in the evening but that didn't happen.

everything was great but i think that the comunication for the activities was a little poor We missed the trip to the fishing village beacause we did not received a last notice of the time boaeding that ship
I yhink it willl be better if someone takes care of making sure that the passangers know they are ready to leave for the trips

Service is perfect – A level. Room is very clean and cozy, so we really enjoyed our sleep on board. At the night time, we also tried and enjoyed the drink and take a look away to the bay. Breakfast in the next morning is fantastic. So far so good, it is certainly a top A cruise in HaLong.

The Bhaya staff were absolutely wonderful & attentive, looking after our every need. The cabins were beautiful with their own private outdoor areas and the food was delicious!

All cabins as i have been told are the same size except for two exec suite which has its own sun loungers. Our room was dark wooden panelling even the shower. Our room 112 and two window made the room less dark. Top deck is where they offer Taichi in the early hours (6.15am), and breakfast at 7am with excursion depending on the night stays. Breakfast was good and being Veggie, the lunches were well prepared.

Friendly & helpful staffs, great food, drinks, dinner is absolutely their highlight. I really love it and active activities, was absolutely joined the trip to floating village.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Food varied and of good quality. Enjoyed the fishing village/cave excursions.

Only disappointments were not the fault of Bhaya - the visibilty was poor and there was a lot of rubbish floating in the bay.

Love all the extra touches (flowes etc), very friendly and helpful staff. The crew makes this trip so enjoyable. All staff were extremely courteous, especially Tuan – kayaking guide on the day boat excursion (2nd day). We were given impressions all activities were included.
